Shipping
We aim to get your order posted to you as soon as we possibly can and endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will always keep you updated by email.
We use Australia Post and track orders, however we can’t be held responsible for delivery delays or breakages once we hand our items over for despatch.
We offer flat rate shipping, and click and collect from Made in Lismore. Other stockists may offer a similar services.
For orders over $100 we’re pleased to offer free shipping within Australia.
Returns
If you receive incorrect items you can request a return provided it’s within 14 days of receipt. We can’t be held responsible for delivery delays or breakages once we hand our items over to Australia Post for despatch.
To start a return, you can contact us at milkbodyscrub@gmail.com, or preferably use the contact form to ensure we have all your details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged – sale items, gift vouchers, customised products or personalised items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
